Easy Exchange Policy

Desi Diva offers an “Easy Exchange Policy,” which allows customers to request an exchange for a product within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that the exchange window will close after this period, and we will not be able to assist you with an exchange once the time limit has passed.

Exchanges are eligible only in the following cases: product damage, incorrect size delivered, or delivery of the wrong product.

The product you wish to exchange must be in resalable condition. It should not be worn, washed, or used. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to initiate the exchange process.

The shipping cost for the exchange, both to and fro, will be borne by us.
