SHIPPING CHARGES:

It’s on Us: FREE shipping and exchange on all orders

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

We deliver across Australia and NZ. Our courier partner is Auspost.

REGIONAL AREA DELIVERY:

If your address is classified as a regional or remote area by our shipping partner, Delivery might take an extra 2-3 days

SHIPPPING UPDATES & TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the shipping details and tracking code via email or SMS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any damage (full or partial) to the package after it has been delivered to your address by Australia Post.

To ensure timely delivery, please provide your full postal address, including the correct postcode. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. In cases where reshipment is required, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will issue a prompt refund.
