The 24-hour cancellation deadline is important because we begin processing your order immediately after confirmation. This includes several steps, such as procurement or customization, packaging, and logistics. Typically, the ordered product progresses through multiple stages during this time.

If you wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour period, these requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Care team, depending on the progress of your order. If we have already started procuring your order, we will not be able to offer a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind.
